Kandavas Wine House was opened on December 11, 2022, but this place is available to the wider public from December 17, 2022.

The Kandavas wine house invites you to enjoy the delicacies and drinks what's made around the city. At the same time 20 people can attend wine tasting. On Saturdays from 12:00 p.m. to 20:00 p.m., you can enjoy wine on site in the "Wine house".

Here you can buy "Kaimiņmuižas" wines. Various themed evenings are also organized. There are also landscaped picnic areas in the vineyard and forest.

The Kandava Wine House offers a Tasting adventure "Kandava Taste Journey", which combines drinks and delicacies created by home producers in the Kandava area in a special bouquet of flavors.

The tasteful tasting takes place in several rounds. Each of them is like getting to know not only different dishes, but also home producers and their products. It is possible to get acquainted with the goat cheeses of the farm "Birznieki", as well as with the especially loved bread baked by the owner of "Meža maize", as well as with the pates, spreads and meat products, as well as with the bread created by the creative house "Smilgāji" and culinary products. One of the wines of the "Kandava Wine House" is served with each course of food.

It is truly a special event for the company of friends, a friendly group of colleagues or a wider family circle, which will make every participant of the tasting feel like a holiday.

The novelty of 2024 tourism season is Kandava's Retro car "Zīle", which takes Kandava residents and city guests around the city's most important places and perhaps discovers the undiscovered in Kandava.

During the trip, passengers can see the historical and most important places of Kandava, listening to the narration about each of them in several languages - Latvian, Russian and English.

Tickets for this 30-minute trip can be purchased for 7 EUR at "Kandavas Vīna nams", Ūdens iela 2, Kandava. The car can accommodate 11 people at the same time, it starts and ends its route at the Fire Depot building, providing easy access to all interested parties.
